• Pastoral counselor and Director of pastoral counseling agencies working in partnership with congregations (12 years with Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis and 7 years with the Pastoral Counseling and Consultation Centers of Greater Washington, Washington DC);
• Past President of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors – (1992 – 1994) and member of the Board of Governors for ten years.
• Consultation on organizational leadership with a particular focus in Family Systems and Coaching as frameworks for leadership.
