“I see the clergy coaching program as an excellent opportunity for a pastor to identify some issues of work and ministry that he/she wants to change and improve - and have a trained and experienced Coach to facilitate that change and growth.  In my experience pastors are grateful for a confidential and outside person to talk over current issues.  The coaching process facilitates ways to explore various solutions and set specific goals for resolving them.”
